About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric sectional sofa set for SketchUp features a modular configuration, two armchairs, and a round marble coffee table. The set comprises a low-profile, L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric with a tufted seat detail. It includes a integrated side table element, two coordinating grey fabric armchairs with dark metal bases, and a circular coffee table featuring a white marble top and a slim black metal frame. The arrangement is complemented by decorative throw cushions and a throw blanket. The clean lines and monochromatic palette provide a balanced, modern aesthetic suitable for various interior schemes, focusing on comfort through deep seating and soft, upholstered forms.

The download is a 106 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups for ease of placement and manipulation within a larger interior scene. Users can easily scale the components or swap textures on the fabric surfaces to match specific project requirements. The model is lightweight enough for quick viewport navigation while maintaining sufficient detail for high-quality architectural renders. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility, and use the included geometry to help set up lighting angles for interior compositions.

Ideal for residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, and boutique lounge spaces, this grouping provides a ready-to-use configuration for interior design presentations. It works well in open-plan apartments or sophisticated commercial waiting areas where a cohesive, high-end look is required. Professionals searching for modern lounge furniture, modular sectional seating, or complete living room sets will find this asset versatile. It pairs naturally with minimalist decor, large-format artwork, and accent lighting, serving as a central focal point in residential or hospitality design projects.
