Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa Living Room Scene – Variant 3

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a grey fabric sectional sofa paired with a marble coffee table and decor. The scene centres on a low-profile, grey fabric sectional sofa with a right-hand chaise lounge, featuring clean, blocky proportions and a singular white accent cushion. Accompanying the sofa is a low, square coffee table with a white veined marble top and a dark, minimalist base. A small, mid-century inspired armchair in tan upholstery adds a warm contrast to the cooler tones of the seating. The ensemble is grounded by a textured grey rug and includes a wall-mounted artwork with an arch motif, a ceiling fan with wooden blades, and a potted plant in a white planter.

The download is a 95.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max scene directly into existing project files to populate living room layouts. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for individual adjustment of the sofa, coffee table, and auxiliary decor elements. Materials are pre-configured for standard render engines, though users should verify texture paths and scale upon insertion. The modular nature of the furniture pieces enables designers to rearrange the layout or extract individual components for use in other interior visualisations as required by the specific project brief.

This collection is suitable for residential interior design projects, particularly for staging modern apartments or contemporary living room spaces. It serves as an effective placeholder for fast-paced architectural visualisation, providing a balanced, ready-to-render composition. The neutral palette allows the set to integrate seamlessly into various design schemes, from minimalist to transitional. Designers looking for a complete lounge furniture package will find this useful when detailing open-plan layouts, hotel suites, or luxury residential show homes requiring a quick, professional visual impact.
