Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa Living Room Scene – Variant 11

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a tufted grey fabric sectional sofa paired with matching ottomans and tables. The scene comprises a long, low-profile sectional sofa featuring a distinctive quilted or tufted texture across the seat and backrest cushions. It is flanked by two circular, matching quilted ottomans. The central arrangement includes a pair of nested, light-toned timber coffee tables with tapered legs. A decorative, modern sculptural pendant light hangs above the seating area, while a patterned area rug grounds the arrangement. The overall aesthetic is neutral and soft, relying on the interplay of geometric quilted patterns and clean, minimalist furniture forms to create a cohesive, inviting lounge environment.

The download is a 112 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working with this SketchUp scene, users should place the model within their project using the base of the rug as the floor plane reference. The components are grouped logically, allowing for easy selection and material adjustment if a custom fabric or wood finish is required. For high-quality visualisations, apply light-emitting materials to the pendant fixture and ensure the model is positioned centrally within the camera view to maintain the balanced, symmetrical composition inherent in the original file design.

This furniture set is ideal for contemporary residential living room designs, luxury hotel lobbies, and high-end lounge areas. It works well in early-stage interior concept renders where a balanced, ready-to-go seating arrangement is needed to demonstrate scale and flow. Designers often search for these cohesive sets to populate open-plan living spaces or to create focal points in hospitality projects. The neutral palette allows it to integrate seamlessly into various interior styles, pairing effectively with minimalist decor or soft, tonal architectural finishes.
