About this asset

This contemporary modular sofa set, modelled for 3ds Max, features a grey fabric finish and includes a matching side table. This modular sofa arrangement features a clean-lined, low-profile silhouette typical of modern seating. The unit is upholstered in a neutral light grey fabric, providing a soft texture that complements its boxy, geometric form. Included with the seating is a single throw pillow and a draped textile element, adding a layer of casual comfort to the structured frame. The set is accompanied by a small, dark-toned side table, which provides a functional contrast to the upholstered pieces. The overall aesthetic is understated and versatile, suitable for various contemporary interior design schemes.

The download is a 10.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can easily integrate this model into 3ds Max scenes by merging the file into the project library. The modular components are typically organised by object or layer, allowing for flexible arrangement within a floor plan. Apply custom material shaders to the fabric to match specific project requirements, ensuring that texture coordinates are correctly scaled. The included side table is a separate object, which can be repositioned or removed independently to suit the spatial needs of the interior composition.

This sofa set is ideal for residential living room designs, ranging from open-plan apartments to formal lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist decor, neutral colour palettes, and contemporary lighting fixtures. Professionals searching for comfortable, modular seating options will find this asset useful for staging high-end interior visualisations. It provides a balanced, ready-to-use furniture solution for projects requiring a cohesive look in modern living spaces, particularly when aiming for a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere in residential or hospitality design.
