About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa set features a modular grey fabric sectional, a marble nesting coffee table, and a textured area rug. This comprehensive living room set centres on a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, complemented by a selection of scatter cushions in varied dark grey and brown tones. The configuration includes an integrated side table surface and a matching ottoman section. Accompanying the seating is a contemporary nesting coffee table arrangement, featuring a circular white marble top with distinct veining paired with a secondary black cylindrical base. A large, grey-toned textured area rug serves as a foundational element, tying the composition together with a balanced, sophisticated aesthetic.

The download is a 84.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should maintain the layer structure to easily toggle between the sofa, tables, and rug for scene management. The materials are pre-configured for standard renderers; however, users may need to adjust the reflection maps on the marble table surfaces and the bump intensity on the fabric textures to suit specific project lighting conditions and camera distances. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against the floor plane before finalizing placement.

This modular sofa set is ideally suited for modern living room designs, luxury apartment staging, or high-end hotel lounge areas. It provides a cohesive, ready-to-render solution for interior visualisers looking to populate residential schemes quickly. The neutral colour palette allows it to integrate seamlessly into various contemporary interior styles.
