Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sofa with Coffee Table Set

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa set features a modular grey fabric sofa paired with a cylindrical gold-base coffee table. The sofa is a low-profile, modular design upholstered in a textured light grey fabric, featuring a tufted seat cushion pattern and clean, square lines. It includes several matching back cushions and a contrasting brown throw pillow, complemented by a draped, dark grey patterned throw blanket. The accompanying coffee table consists of two circular levels with black glass tops, supported by a polished gold-finish cylindrical base. This set provides a balanced aesthetic, combining the soft, tactile quality of the textile seating with the reflective, structured appearance of the metallic and glass table elements.

The download is a 19.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object layers, allowing for easy separation of the sofa and the coffee table. Users should check the pivot points for the modular sofa segments to ensure proper alignment when snapping into a larger floor plan. Materials are mapped using standard coordinates; ensure the fabric bump maps are scaled appropriately to maintain realistic texture detail. When merging into a scene, verify the unit scale to match the existing interior architecture for accurate proportions.

This set is suitable for high-end residential living rooms, modern apartment lounges, or luxury hotel lobbies. It works well in projects requiring a clean, contemporary look that balances comfort with sophisticated metallic accents. Designers often search for modular seating arrangements that include integrated decor, such as this combination, to quickly furnish open-plan spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, neutral-toned area rugs, and warm accent lighting to create a cohesive, inviting atmosphere for both formal and casual social settings.
