Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary grey fabric modular sofa living room scene for SketchUp features a low-profile seating arrangement with coordinating table and rug. This comprehensive living room assembly centres on a low-profile, modular sofa upholstered in a textured grey fabric. The piece features deep seating and generous armrests, complemented by a collection of scatter cushions in matching upholstery. Positioned in front is a two-tiered coffee table, combining a clean white block with a natural wood base. The scene is completed by a dark grey area rug and a pair of spherical, wire-frame pendant lights. The proportions are designed for a relaxed, modern aesthetic, suitable for creating balanced, inviting lounge environments in various residential or commercial interior projects.

The download is a 43.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is organised as a grouped model, allowing for easy placement and orientation within your project file. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be adjusted or replaced via the materials tray to suit specific lighting conditions or colour schemes. The modular components can be repositioned or scaled to fit different room dimensions, while the individual elements like the coffee table or lighting can be extracted and used as standalone assets in other areas of your design.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set provides a cohesive look for modern apartments, family homes, or upscale hotel lobbies. Designers can use this collection to quickly stage open-plan layouts, pairing it with neutral wall finishes and minimalist decor. It is particularly effective for high-end residential projects where a balanced, contemporary atmosphere is required. Search for this asset when needing a complete, ready-to-render lounge setup that integrates seamlessly with other modern furniture pieces and architectural elements in your 3D library.
