Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sectional Sofa with Coffee Table Set – Variant 2

This contemporary 3ds Max living room set features a modular grey fabric sectional sofa, organic-shaped coffee tables, and a rug. This comprehensive seating arrangement includes a large modular sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring a curved corner section and integrated black side tables at the ends. The set is complemented by two low-profile, organic-shaped coffee tables in a matte beige finish, positioned on a textured grey area rug. A slim, modern floor lamp and an assortment of decorative scatter cushions in varied sizes and tones—ranging from off-white to dark brown—complete the composition. The design prioritises clean lines and a relaxed, low-slung profile, suitable for expansive, open-plan living areas.

The download is a 55.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised for efficient scene integration, with components typically grouped or layered for easy placement. Users should check object pivots upon merging to ensure correct alignment with floor planes. Materials are assigned via standard multi-sub-object slots, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric textures or wood finishes. The scene relies on clear geometry and clean topology, making it straightforward to manage render times when populating larger architectural visualisations or interior design proposals requiring detailed furniture assets.
