About this asset

This contemporary modular sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric upholstery, a matching ottoman, and a floor lamp. This comprehensive living room set centers on a large, low-profile modular sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric. The arrangement includes a mix of plain and patterned scatter cushions, providing visual texture against the solid base. A companion square ottoman features a high-contrast houndstooth-style pattern. The central coffee table arrangement consists of nested units with stone-look tops and dark bases. Completing the composition is a sleek, black, arched floor lamp with a circular head, set against a rectangular area rug. All components are scaled to work as a cohesive interior design vignette.

The download is a 99.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp scene, use the component hierarchy to manage individual elements like the coffee tables or cushions separately if needed. Adjust the rug and lighting placement to suit your specific floor plan. Since the materials are pre-applied, verify texture mapping after resizing any modular sofa sections. Use tags or layers to toggle the floor lamp or decorative accessories on or off to optimize viewport performance during the initial spatial planning phases of your project.
