Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sectional Living Room Scene

This contemporary SketchUp living room scene features a modular grey fabric sectional, a tan lounge chair, and a coffee table. This complete living room composition centers on a low-profile, modular grey fabric sectional sofa paired with an organic-shaped, tan-coloured lounge chair. The set includes a circular fluted-base coffee table and curated decorative elements, including a bust on a marble plinth and a minimalist framed artwork. The soft, rounded forms of the seating contrast with the structured linear timber wall panelling in the background. The arrangement is balanced by a dark textured rug that anchors the furniture grouping, creating a cohesive visual narrative suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel design projects.

The download is a 60.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised for efficient integration into larger architectural models. Users can import the entire component set directly into their project file, maintaining the pre-set material mappings and grouping hierarchy. The assets are optimised for quick placement, allowing designers to adjust the modular sofa sections to fit specific floor plans. For rendering, the geometry is clean and ready for material refinement using standard V-Ray or Enscape workflows, ensuring consistent lighting and texture application across the various surfaces within the scene.
