Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular L-Shaped Sofa with Chaise

This contemporary grey fabric modular L-shaped sofa with chaise is a 3ds Max model featuring a clean, boxy profile and deep seating. Defined by a low-profile, modular construction, this L-shaped sofa prioritises comfort through its deep, blocky seat cushions and integrated chaise lounge. The upholstery is a soft-textured grey fabric, lending a neutral, versatile aesthetic suitable for various interior palettes. The frame features a linear silhouette with square armrests and low, hidden feet. Included are several scatter cushions in varying shades of grey and one contrasting tan leather cushion, which add depth to the overall composition. The design is grounded and minimalist, focusing on clean lines and generous proportions rather than decorative embellishments.

The download is a 56.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

This sofa is ideal for modern living room designs, open-plan apartments, and boutique hotel lobby lounge areas. Its modular, L-shaped footprint makes it a practical choice for zoning large spaces or anchoring a home theatre setup. Designers typically pair this piece with low-profile coffee tables, textured area rugs, and minimalist floor lamps to complete a contemporary residential interior. Search for modular sectionals or deep-seat sofas when looking for flexible furniture solutions that balance comfort with a structured, architectural aesthetic.
