Contemporary Grey Fabric Metal Round Stool

This contemporary round stool is a high-quality SketchUp model featuring a dark grey fabric seat atop a slender black metal frame. This minimalist stool features a compact, circular seat upholstered in a textured grey fabric. The frame is constructed from thin, black-finished metal, comprising four vertical supports connected by a circular base ring. The proportions are balanced, offering a clean, understated aesthetic suitable for a variety of interior styles. The seat has a slight thickness, providing visual comfort, while the open frame design ensures the piece remains lightweight and unobtrusive. Its simple geometry and neutral colour palette allow it to integrate seamlessly into diverse design schemes without overwhelming the surrounding space.

The download is a 2.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this model into a SketchUp project, place the component directly onto the floor plane. The asset is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and material adjustments. Users can apply custom textures to the fabric seat or change the metal finish of the base using the materials editor. Ensure the component axis is set to the base for efficient placement and snapping to surfaces. The geometry is clean, ensuring optimal performance when populating larger scenes with multiple instances of the stool.
