The configuration includes a dedicated chaise section for extended seating. Complementing the sofa is a round, black-finished coffee table with a subtle fluted texture around its perimeter and a warm wood trim accent. The download is a 63.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organized into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and orientation within a floor plan. The model maintains clean geometry suitable for rapid architectural visualization. Users can apply high-resolution textures to the fabric and wood surfaces to enhance realism during rendering. The lighting elements are positioned as individual components, making them simple to adjust or replace if the project requires alternative illumination schemes. Ensure the model origin is set correctly before importing into larger residential project files.
