Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene – Variant 8

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features an L-shaped fabric sofa, timber shelving, and curated decor in a neutral palette. This comprehensive interior scene centres on a modern L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in light grey fabric, complemented by dark charcoal and brown accent cushions. The arrangement is framed by two tall, light-toned timber shelving units that act as semi-transparent room dividers. A low-profile white coffee table with a glass top sits atop a textured rug. The backdrop includes a grey fabric-panelled wall adorned with abstract artwork. A linear, multi-pendant light fixture hangs above the seating area, while a wall-mounted television unit is integrated into the timber shelving structure, creating a cohesive, functional living space.

The download is a 48.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this scene into a SketchUp project, place the entire group as a single component to maintain the spatial relationships between the furniture and the shelving units. Use the component browser to manage the individual elements, such as the sofa, lighting, and storage, which are likely nested for easier editing. Apply custom materials to the fabric surfaces to match project-specific colour schemes. Ensure the global axes are aligned with your floor plan before exploding the model to adjust individual items for specific layouts.
