Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene – Variant 8

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a grey fabric L-shaped sofa, a marble-topped coffee table, and storage units. The primary element is a contemporary L-shaped sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring a dedicated chaise lounge on the right side. It is accessorised with a collection of scatter cushions in tonal grey and charcoal hues. Positioned in front is a sleek coffee table with a dark, veined marble top and slender, polished gold-tone metal legs. Behind the sofa sits a minimalist white storage cabinet with a marble-effect top, providing a clean architectural backdrop to the arrangement. The entire grouping is grounded by a textured grey area rug, creating a cohesive, staged interior environment.

The download is a 61.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Integrating this scene into 3ds Max allows for efficient staging of residential or hospitality interiors. Users can easily detach the individual assets—the sofa, coffee table, or cabinetry—to populate custom floor plans. The geometry is organised into logical layers, facilitating easy material overrides or texture adjustments. Lighting setups can be swapped to suit specific project requirements, while the pivot points are correctly placed at the base of each object for intuitive placement within the 3D viewport or when snapping to floor surfaces.

This asset is well-suited for high-end residential projects, hotel lobby visualisations, or luxury apartment staging. It provides a ready-made focal point for living room renders, working effectively in both open-plan layouts and more intimate lounge settings. Designers looking for modern, neutral furniture arrangements will find this set useful for quickly populating architectural visualisations. It pairs seamlessly with contemporary interior schemes, complementing minimalist decor, brass accents, and monochromatic colour palettes common in current high-end real estate marketing and interior design presentations.
