Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene – Variant 3

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric L-shaped sofa, matching lounge chair, and nested coffee tables. This curated interior scene comprises a modular L-shaped sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, paired with a distinct yellow accent lounge chair and matching ottoman. The configuration is anchored by a set of two round coffee tables featuring white marble tops and slim black metal frames. A patterned navy blue rug defines the seating zone, complemented by decorative cushions in varying shades of grey and white. The composition is completed by a large abstract wall art piece, providing a cohesive aesthetic suitable for modern residential or high-end hospitality lounge areas.

The download is a 33.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection of individual components such as the sofa, coffee tables, or lounge chair. Users can adjust the overall scale or swap materials using the native material editor. The geometry is clean and suitable for quick placement into larger interior models. For optimal performance, ensure all textures are correctly mapped after importing into your master project file, and manage the scene layers to maintain a lightweight viewport during the design development phase.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set serves as a ready-made furniture arrangement for contemporary apartment or house projects. It works well in hospitality lobbies or executive lounge areas where a sophisticated, cohesive look is required. Designers searching for high-quality lounge furniture sets, modern sectional sofas, or complete interior compositions will find this asset versatile for both preliminary massing studies and final client presentations. It pairs seamlessly with minimalist or mid-century inspired interior schemes, providing a balanced, functional focal point for any project.
