Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene – Variant 26

This contemporary living room scene features a grey fabric L-shaped sofa and accessories, modelled in SketchUp for immediate project insertion. This curated living room set comprises a modular L-shaped sofa upholstered in a neutral light grey fabric, paired with a low-profile glass and metal coffee table. The arrangement is grounded by a textured monochromatic area rug and accompanied by a circular fabric pouf for additional casual seating. Soft furnishings include a mix of solid grey and patterned monochrome scatter cushions, alongside a draped throw blanket for added depth. A modern sputnik-style pendant light completes the composition, providing a sharp, geometric contrast to the softer, upholstered elements of the sofa and pouf.

The download is a 36.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and placement within larger architectural projects. Users can apply custom materials to the fabric surfaces via the material editor or swap out textures to match specific interior design schemes. The file provides a high-quality base for staging, with all elements pre-positioned to maintain correct spatial proportions. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility and performance when integrating it into more complex, multi-room 3D interiors.

Ideal for residential interior visualisations, this set works well in open-plan living areas, apartments, and luxury hotel lounge spaces. The neutral palette ensures it complements a wide variety of contemporary design styles, from minimalist to industrial. Architects and interior designers can utilise this grouping to quickly populate render-ready scenes during the concept or development stages of a project. It pairs effectively with modern wall panelling, expansive glazing, or feature lighting, serving as a versatile focal point for high-end residential design presentations.
