Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene in Black

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a grey fabric L-shaped sofa with a leather chaise, paired with a complete furniture set. This comprehensive living room set comprises a modular L-shaped sofa featuring a grey fabric seating area and a tufted black leather chaise section. The arrangement is complemented by a matching grey upholstered armchair, a small cylindrical ottoman, and a multi-level coffee table finished in dark glass and metallic accents. The background includes a decorative wall feature with dark stone-effect panels and vertical metallic trim. The set also incorporates an area rug, a modern ring-style pendant light fixture, and various decorative cushions, providing a complete, ready-to-render interior composition for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge projects.

The download is a 32.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max file directly into their active projects to populate open-plan living areas or lounge spaces. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of materials or lighting intensities. The scene is pre-composed, meaning designers can quickly scale the entire group to fit specific floor plans or isolate individual elements such as the sofa or coffee table for use in other interior configurations. Standard material editor workflows apply for fine-tuning textures and reflection maps.
