Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene in Beige

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features an L-shaped grey fabric sofa, accent chair, coffee table, and lighting. This comprehensive living room set comprises a modular L-shaped sofa upholstered in a textured grey fabric, paired with a tan leather-look accent chair on slim black legs. The arrangement includes a low-profile black coffee table and a minimalist glass-topped console table with a black metal frame. A modern multi-arm pendant luminaire provides ambient illumination, while a marble-patterned wall panel backdrop and a geometric-patterned area rug define the space. The set is completed with decorative cushions and tabletop accessories, creating a balanced, professional-grade composition suitable for high-end residential or hospitality interior visualization projects.

The download is a 89.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp scene directly into larger architectural models to provide an instant, high-quality focal point. The assets are organised into logical groups for easy manipulation, scaling, or substitution of individual elements. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures; designers should ensure that texture paths are correctly re-linked upon insertion. The lighting rig is pre-configured for quick integration, though users may need to adjust global illumination settings to match their specific project lighting environment and camera angles for optimal render results.
