About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa with integrated timber shelving and plush scatter cushions. This L-shaped modular sofa showcases a low-profile, clean-lined contemporary aesthetic. The main seating area is upholstered in a textured grey fabric, complemented by a darker brown base and a contrasting timber console element integrated into the corner configuration. The design includes deep, structured seat cushions and a series of scatter cushions in neutral tones of beige and a singular accent in burnt orange. The entire assembly rests on a minimalist metal frame, providing a grounded, architectural silhouette that balances comfort with a refined, geometric structure suitable for modern interiors.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of individual cushions or the base frame. Users should apply a standard UV map to the fabric components to adjust the texture scale to their project requirements. The model is scaled to real-world units, making it straightforward to snap into place within a room layout. When populating a scene, ensure the pivot point is set to the floor level for efficient placement against walls or as a room divider.

This sectional sofa is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, and luxury hotel lobbies. Its modular L-shaped configuration works effectively in corners or as a central anchor for large seating groups. Designers often pair this piece with low-profile coffee tables, textured area rugs, and ambient floor lamps to create a cohesive lounge environment. It is an essential asset for projects requiring a sophisticated, comfortable, and versatile seating solution that fits seamlessly into both minimalist and contemporary design schemes.
