Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sectional Sofa Scene – Variant 8

This contemporary grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a curated living room arrangement with tables and lighting. This comprehensive furniture scene centers on a low-profile, L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric. The configuration includes a dedicated chaise section and a variety of decorative cushions in contrasting textures and patterns. Accompanying the seating is a glass-topped coffee table with a geometric metal base, a circular side table with a wood accent, and a modern branching pendant light. Additional elements include a floor lamp, a patterned ottoman, and a textured area rug, creating a fully staged living room environment suitable for immediate placement within architectural visualisations.

The download is a 15 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised as a cohesive component assembly. Users should maintain the existing layer structure to toggle individual accessories or lighting fixtures as needed for specific camera views. When integrating into a larger project, align the rug to the floor plane and use the scale tool to adjust the overall footprint if necessary. Materials are applied as standard textures; ensure the pathing is updated if the model is moved to a new directory to maintain correct texture mapping.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set provides a ready-made solution for staging apartment lounges, open-plan homes, or show-flat visualisations. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, offering a balanced aesthetic that works across various project stages, from initial concept renders to final marketing imagery. Professionals searching for a complete furniture grouping will find this useful for quickly populating floor plans and perspective views without needing to source individual components separately.
