About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a grey fabric armchair paired with a dark wood side table and a decorative plant. The armchair exhibits a modern silhouette with an integrated backrest and armrests, upholstered in a textured grey fabric. It is supported by a dark stained wooden frame that provides a clean, linear contrast to the soft curves of the seat. The set includes a matching round side table with a pedestal-style base, finished in a deep walnut-brown tone. A patterned accent cushion rests on the chair, while a small potted orchid completes the arrangement. These pieces are designed to function as a cohesive lounge vignette, balancing textile softness with structural wooden elements.

The download is a 5.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct components for the chair, table, and plant, allowing for easy repositioning or individual selection. Users should verify the scale against their project floor plan upon insertion. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match specific interior schemes. The geometry is clean and lightweight, ensuring smooth performance when rendering or navigating through larger architectural scenes within the workspace.

This furniture set is ideal for populating lounge areas, reading nooks, or hotel lobby corners where a compact seating arrangement is required. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interiors, providing a functional focal point for residential or commercial design projects. Architects and interior designers can use this model to quickly populate visualisations or floor plans, searching for accent seating or small-scale furniture groupings to enhance the realism and occupancy of their proposed layouts.
