About this asset

This contemporary lounge set for SketchUp features a grey fabric sofa, two armchairs, and matching wood tables for professional spaces. This collection comprises a two-seater sofa, two matching armchairs, a rectangular coffee table, and a square side table. Each seating piece features a solid wood frame with a warm, rich finish, paired with neutral grey fabric upholstery on the seat cushions and backrests. The design is defined by clean, straight lines and a balanced, functional aesthetic suitable for formal or relaxed environments. The tables share the same wood finish, providing a cohesive look across the entire arrangement, while the proportions are scaled for comfort and accessibility in shared interior settings.

The download is a 79.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a group of components, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of each piece. You can apply custom materials to the fabric and wood surfaces to match your specific project palette. Ensure the model is placed on a flat surface using the move tool and scale as necessary to fit your floor plan. Use layers to toggle the visibility of decorative accessories if you need to reduce the model's footprint in complex scenes.

Designed for professional and residential interiors, this set is ideal for executive offices, reception areas, and hotel lobbies where a structured, comfortable seating group is required. It works well in modern break-out spaces or as a central feature in a formal living room. Architects and interior designers often search for complete furniture groupings like this to quickly populate waiting areas or corporate lounges, pairing them with area rugs and task lighting to create a cohesive, inviting, and highly functional interior design scheme.
