About this asset

This contemporary double bed for 3ds Max features a sleek wooden frame, an upholstered fabric headboard, and layered bedding textiles. This contemporary double bed is defined by its clean lines and contrasting material palette. The frame is constructed from light-toned wood, transitioning into angled legs that provide a subtle lift. A prominent, slightly reclined headboard is upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, framed by the exposed timber structure. The set includes detailed bedding comprising a crisp white mattress cover, two sets of pillows, and a textured brown throw blanket draped across the foot. The proportions are balanced for standard bedroom layouts, offering a refined aesthetic that blends organic wood textures with soft textile surfaces.

The download is a 92.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically managed as a single grouped object or a collection of components for ease of placement. Designers should ensure the pivot point is set at the floor level for accurate snapping to the bedroom floor plane. Material slots are pre-assigned, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric shaders or wood finishes via the material editor. Using proxy objects for the high-detail bedding is recommended to maintain viewport performance when populating larger residential or hospitality projects.

Ideal for high-end residential master suites or boutique hotel rooms, this bed integrates seamlessly into modern and contemporary interior design schemes. It pairs effectively with minimalist nightstands and soft ambient lighting to create a calm, cohesive sleeping environment. Professionals searching for bedroom furniture, upholstered bed frames, or high-quality bedroom assets will find this model suitable for both architectural visualisation and conceptual design presentations. It serves as a central focal point for interior scenes requiring a touch of tactile comfort and sophisticated, clean-lined design.
