About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene, modelled in 3ds Max, features a grey fabric sofa, white coffee table, bench, and rug. This furniture arrangement features a three-seater sofa upholstered in a textured grey fabric, supported by light-toned wooden legs. The set includes a rectangular coffee table with a clean white top and slender wooden splayed legs, complemented by a secondary dark bench topped with a chunky knit throw and a small round cushion. A patterned blue rug grounds the composition. The sofa is accessorised with tonal grey and soft blue scatter cushions, adding depth to the neutral palette. The overall aesthetic is clean and functional, suitable for modern residential interior design schemes.

The download is a 58 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max scene, merge the entire group into your master project file. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for individual selection and repositioning of the sofa, table, and bench. Ensure proper scaling to match your room dimensions. The materials are pre-assigned and ready for lighting adjustments. Use standard environment maps or interior lighting setups to achieve realistic soft shadows and material highlights on the fabric and timber surfaces. Check collision bounds before final placement in tight floor plans.

This versatile furniture collection is ideal for staging residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or contemporary lounge areas in commercial hospitality projects. It works effectively in early-stage concept visualisations or final architectural renders where a lived-in, comfortable aesthetic is required. Search for this asset when specifying modular seating, modern living room furniture, or complete room sets.
