Contemporary Grey Fabric 3-Seater Sofa Living Room Set

This contemporary 3-seater sofa living room set for 3ds Max includes a grey fabric sofa, nested coffee tables, a pouf, and lighting. The collection features a streamlined three-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, supported by tapered light-wood legs. Complementing the seating are two circular coffee tables with contrasting finishes: one with a warm terracotta-brown base and another with a clean white top. A dark grey knitted pouf adds texture to the arrangement, which is grounded by a woven area rug. A minimalist chandelier with multiple circular discs completes the scene, providing a cohesive aesthetic. The proportions are balanced, making this set suitable for modern lounge areas requiring a ready-to-use furniture composition.

The download is a 48.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is typically managed as a single group or individual objects within a layer structure. Professionals should check the pivot points of the sofa and tables for easy placement on floor planes. Materials are assigned to standard mapping coordinates, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric tiling or wood grain orientation. Users can easily toggle the visibility of the chandelier or individual tables to tailor the composition to specific project requirements without needing to re-import the entire asset library.
