Contemporary Grey and White Modular Sofa Lounge Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular sectional sofa, armchair, and nesting tables in a curated layout. This comprehensive furniture collection comprises two primary sofa segments: a grey modular unit with an integrated chaise and a white upholstered sofa. The seating is accented by a tan leather-look swivel armchair and a set of decorative scatter cushions in white and orange. Central to the composition are two tiered coffee tables with black marble tops and a smaller side table. A large contemporary floor lamp and a patterned rug complete the arrangement. Each element is scaled to function as a cohesive living area, featuring clean lines and a balanced material palette of fabric, stone, and metal.

The download is a 38.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into an existing interior project as a pre-composed furniture group. The assets are organised into logical layers, allowing for individual selection or modification of the coffee tables, seating, or lighting elements. To integrate this into a specific scene, adjust the global light settings and apply high-resolution textures to the fabric and marble surfaces. The model is scaled for standard residential floor plans, ensuring efficient placement without requiring extensive re-sizing or complex re-mapping of material coordinates.
