Contemporary Grey and Tan Modular Sectional Sofa Scene

This contemporary 3ds Max scene features a modular sectional sofa with tufted cushions, paired with an armchair, coffee table, and lamp. This furniture arrangement centres on a large, low-profile modular sectional sofa finished in a combination of grey fabric and tan leather upholstery. The sofa features a deep, tufted seat design and includes varied back cushion configurations. Complementing the seating is a compact, curved armchair upholstered in tan leather with dark timber legs. The central coffee table presents a clean, minimalist aesthetic with a black top supported by a solid white marble base. A sleek, black metal floor lamp with a curved arch arm completes the curated living room composition.

The download is a 79.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate this 3ds Max scene directly into architectural visualisations by merging the file into an existing project. Users should inspect the object layers to manage the individual furniture pieces independently. The materials are pre-configured for standard render engines, though users should verify texture mapping and pivot points upon insertion. Lighting setups can be adjusted by isolating the floor lamp or replacing the scene's ambient lighting with a custom HDRI map to suit specific interior daylighting requirements.

This set is suitable for high-end residential interior design projects, specifically for staging spacious living rooms or open-plan lounge areas. It works well in contemporary or transitional interiors where a mix of textures and neutral tones is desired. Designers searching for modular seating solutions, feature coffee tables, or complete furniture vignettes will find this asset useful for rapid prototyping and final-quality renders. It pairs effectively with modern rug textures, minimalist wall art, and soft, indirect lighting schemes in architectural visualisations.
