Contemporary Grey and Sage Sliding Door Wardrobe with Shelving

This contemporary SketchUp wardrobe features sliding doors and integrated open shelving in a refined grey and sage colour palette. The unit presents a clean, contemporary aesthetic with a functional layout combining closed storage and display space. A central pair of sliding doors in white provides access to the main compartment, topped by additional overhead storage cabinets. The left side features a curved end with sage-coloured panels, while both sides incorporate vertical open shelving for books and decor. The carcass is finished in a neutral charcoal grey, creating a soft contrast against the lighter door and panel surfaces. The overall proportions are tall and slim, suitable for modern apartment bedrooms.

The download is a 17.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is structured as a component, allowing for easy placement and alignment against bedroom walls. The file uses clean geometry, making it straightforward to apply custom textures or adjust the colour of the panels via the material editor. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly to their room dimensions before populating the shelves with personal assets. Grouping the shelving and door components separately assists in managing visibility and performance within larger interior scenes.

This wardrobe is ideal for residential bedroom designs where space efficiency and integrated storage are priorities. It functions well in contemporary or minimalist interior schemes, particularly in small apartments or guest rooms where open shelving can replace the need for separate nightstands or bookcases. Professional designers might search for this as a modern sliding-door storage unit or a custom-look bedroom wardrobe. It pairs effectively with neutral-toned bedding, soft ambient lighting, and minimalist interior decor to complete a clean, functional sleeping environment.
