Contemporary Grey and Beige Upholstered Dining Chair Set

This contemporary SketchUp model features a set of two upholstered dining chairs with tapered wooden legs and curved armrests. These dining chairs feature a soft, rounded shell upholstered in fabric, available in two distinct finishes: a muted grey and a warm beige. The design prioritises ergonomic comfort with integrated armrests and a subtle recline in the backrest. The seat shell is supported by four tapered, natural-toned wooden legs, which are connected to the base via clean, white-finished cylindrical mounts. The proportions are balanced for residential dining spaces or casual office meeting areas, offering a versatile aesthetic that blends soft textures with structural timber elements for a refined, modern look.

The download is a 51 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as separate groups, allowing for easy placement and individual material overrides. Users can quickly swap the fabric textures using the paint bucket tool to match specific interior palettes. The geometry is clean and lightweight, making it suitable for populating larger dining scenes or restaurant layouts without significantly impacting viewport performance. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for better scene management when integrating into complex architectural projects.

These chairs are ideal for residential dining rooms, boutique hotel breakfast areas, or modern café interiors where a cohesive, soft-furnished look is required. They pair effectively with minimalist timber dining tables or circular glass-topped breakfast tables. Professionals searching for scandi-style seating, comfortable upholstered armchairs for dining, or contemporary multi-colour chair sets will find these assets highly functional for both concept design and final visualisations where a warm, inviting atmosphere is the primary objective.
