About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa set features two organic curved sofas in grey and beige fabric, accompanied by a marble coffee table. This lounge composition comprises two distinct curved sofas with low-profile backs and a tiered circular coffee table. The larger sofa is finished in a light grey textile, while the smaller counterpart is upholstered in a warm beige fabric. Both feature soft, rounded edges and a continuous backrest design. The central coffee table consists of two overlapping circular tops crafted from white marble with subtle veining, supported by slender black metal frames. A large, dark grey circular rug grounds the entire ensemble, providing a cohesive layout for open-plan living areas or hotel lobby configurations.

The download is a 14 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max model as a complete group to maintain the spatial relationship between the seating and the table. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy material adjustments or the swapping of textures on the fabric surfaces. The coffee table and rug are separate objects, facilitating independent placement within larger floor plans. Standard pivot points are located at the base of each piece, simplifying alignment to the floor plane and integration into existing interior scenes.

This set is suited for modern residential projects, particularly in spacious living rooms, open-plan apartments, or luxury hotel lounge areas. The organic, curved forms work well to soften sharp architectural lines in minimalist or contemporary interiors. Professionals often search for modular seating arrangements or curved lounge furniture to create conversational groupings in large spaces. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with various wall finishes and flooring materials, making it a versatile choice for high-end interior design visualisations and residential staging projects.
