Contemporary Green Velvet Upholstered Bed with Wide Headboard

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a green velvet upholstered double bed with an expansive, vertical-panelled headboard design. Defined by a substantial, wall-to-wall vertical panelled headboard, this double bed offers a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The entire frame, including the base and headboard, is wrapped in a soft green velvet fabric. The sleeping surface is dressed with crisp white linens and a textured grey throw blanket, adding layered depth to the composition. The proportions are balanced, with the wide headboard creating a strong horizontal focal point that anchors the bed within a room. All soft furnishings are included, providing a complete, ready-to-use asset for interior visualisation projects requiring a luxurious, tactile bedroom centrepiece.

The download is a 33.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max asset, ensure the model is placed on the floor plane using the base as the primary alignment point. The velvet material uses standard mapping, which can be adjusted in the material editor to refine the fabric's nap and sheen. Organise the geometry into logical layers for easier scene management, particularly when adjusting the throw blanket or pillows. For optimal rendering results, apply high-quality light setups that highlight the velvet's texture and the depth of the headboard's vertical paneling.
