About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene, modelled in SketchUp, features a green fabric upholstery, marble coffee tables, and curated decor. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centres on a deep, three-seater sofa upholstered in a textured, olive-green fabric, supported by minimalist tapered legs. The seating is accented with a balanced mix of crisp white and soft orange throw cushions. Accompanying the sofa is a pair of nesting coffee tables with dark, monolithic bases and polished black marble tops. The scene is rounded out with a patterned area rug, a potted indoor plant, a sculptural pendant light, and framed wall art, providing a cohesive and ready-to-use aesthetic for interior visualization projects requiring a complete living room setup.

The download is a 101 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual elements. Users can toggle the visibility of decorative items to suit specific project needs, or modify the fabric textures via the materials panel to match a custom colour palette. The scene is scaled for standard residential floor plans, making it simple to drop into a larger interior model. Ensure the geometry is placed on a dedicated layer to maintain a clean and manageable file structure.

Ideal for residential living room designs, hotel lounges, or high-end apartment staging, this set provides a polished look for mid-stage architectural presentations. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments and hardwood flooring, offering a strong focal point in open-plan spaces. Professionals searching for modern living room furniture, interior styling assets, or curated seating vignettes will find this collection versatile for quick rendering workflows. It is particularly effective for showcasing scale and materiality in design proposals where a furnished, lived-in atmosphere is required.
