About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max scene features a modular sectional sofa set in green and grey fabric, complete with a coffee table and lighting. This modular sectional sofa set features a low-profile, tufted-upholstery design, split into distinct green and grey fabric modules to create a dual-tone aesthetic. The configuration includes a long sectional with a chaise and a separate square ottoman. Accompanying the seating are a circular coffee table with a dark top and slender metal frame, a minimalist floor lamp with a spherical shade, and an indoor potted plant. The entire arrangement is anchored by two overlapping rugs in complementary textures and tones, providing a cohesive look for a modern living area or lounge.

The download is a 67.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max scene into your project, merge the file into your master scene and ensure the unit scale is consistent. The assets are organised by layers, allowing for easy selection and material adjustments. Use the provided textures for the fabric and metal finishes, and adjust the lighting intensity of the floor lamp to match your interior environment. The modular nature of the sofa allows for custom arrangements to fit specific floor plans if required.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or open-plan apartment layouts, this set provides a complete visual solution for interior design visualisations. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor and is suitable for both mid-stage design development and final presentation renders.
