About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular sofa, two distinct accent chairs, and a sculptural coffee table. This curated living room set comprises a multi-tonal modular sofa combining beige and olive-green upholstered segments, complemented by a pair of contrasting accent chairs. One chair features a deep forest-green leather finish with a curved timber base, while the other is a minimalist black metal frame chair. A central coffee table with a geometric, textured base and a dark top anchors the arrangement. The set is completed by a side table, patterned scatter cushions, and a large area rug, creating a cohesive, layered interior composition suitable for diverse high-end residential or lounge design schemes.

The download is a 42.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual furniture elements. Users should ensure textures are mapped correctly upon insertion and may need to adjust the component axes if integrating into a larger floor plan. The scene relies on standard geometry, making it compatible with most rendering plugins. Lighting should be adjusted within your preferred engine to highlight the varied material qualities of the leather, fabric, and timber components.

Ideal for residential interior visualisations, hotel lobbies, and high-end boutique office breakout areas, this collection provides a complete aesthetic for lounge zones. Architects and designers can utilise this set to populate floor plans or create quick, high-quality perspective renders for client presentations. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments and timber flooring.
