Contemporary Gold Wire Reception Desk with Stone Top

This contemporary SketchUp reception desk features a sculptural gold wire-frame base and a smooth stone top for commercial interiors. This striking reception desk set showcases a unique, organic form defined by a complex gold-finished metal wire-frame structure. The base creates a fluid, wave-like aesthetic that provides visual interest while maintaining a lightweight appearance. Surmounting this intricate lattice is a sleek, solid stone top in a subtle grey tone, offering a functional surface for reception tasks. The design includes integrated desktop hardware, providing a complete look for professional settings. Its sculptural quality makes it a focal point in any lobby, reception area, or high-end retail space, blending artistic expression with essential office utility.

The download is a 25.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy placement and manipulation. Users can scale the desk to fit specific floor plans or adjust the material mapping on the stone surface to suit interior colour schemes. Because the base consists of detailed geometry, it is recommended to manage it on a dedicated layer to maintain viewport performance during complex scene development. The model is ready for rendering or can be used as a high-detail placeholder in technical documentation and visualisations.
