About this asset

Contemporary glass coffee table with industrial-style casters and curated decor set, modelled in 3ds Max for realistic interior scenes. This square coffee table features a thick, clear glass top supported by robust, industrial-style metal caster wheels at each corner. The design is utilitarian, focusing on transparency and mobility. Included in this set is a curated collection of decorative elements: two vibrant blue ceramic vases, a small black candle holder, a potted plant, and several stacks of books. The composition provides a lived-in aesthetic, balancing the starkness of the glass surface with colourful, textured accessories. The proportions are low-profile, suitable for modern lounge areas or contemporary office breakout spaces.

The download is a 17.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy scene management. Users can quickly merge this asset into their project using standard import workflows. The glass material relies on refraction and reflection maps, which should be adjusted to match the scene's lighting environment. The caster wheels are separate elements, allowing for precise placement or rotation. Ensure the pivot point is set to the floor level for accurate snapping to interior floor planes during staging.

Ideal for residential living rooms, creative office lounges, or modern reception areas, this coffee table set serves as a focal point for interior visualisations. It pairs well with low-slung, modular sofas and minimalist rug textures. Professionals should search for this piece when needing to add a sense of movement and casual sophistication to a room. It is particularly effective in staged apartment renders where a blend of industrial hardware and refined glass surfaces is required to create visual interest.
