Contemporary Fabric and Leather Sofa and Lounge Set

This comprehensive SketchUp set features twenty contemporary sofa and lounge configurations in various fabric and leather finishes. This extensive collection comprises twenty distinct seating arrangements, ranging from modular L-shaped sectionals and deep-cushioned three-seaters to curved lounge benches and classic tufted sofas. The set includes various accompanying pieces like ottomans, armchairs, and side tables, providing a complete range of living room furniture. Materials are diverse, featuring textured performance fabrics in neutral greys and whites, alongside rich brown leather upholstery and wood-framed rattan accent chairs. Each model maintains a clean, contemporary aesthetic, with varied profiles including low-slung modern silhouettes and more traditional, structured forms to suit diverse interior design styles.

The download is a 202 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 20 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, import these components directly into your project file to populate lounge areas efficiently. Utilize the native layers to organize different sofa styles, and apply your own custom textures to the fabric and leather surfaces for bespoke visualization needs. The models are clean and well-structured, allowing for easy scaling to fit specific floor plans. For optimal rendering performance, ensure the geometry is grouped correctly, and use the component instances to manage file size when populating large-scale hospitality or residential projects.
