The download is a 7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is typically managed as a grouped object or individual components within a single layer for easy placement. Users should verify the scale against the project floor plan before merging. The materials are applied using standard mapping, which can be adjusted for grain orientation if necessary. Lighting the scene requires careful placement of area lights or an HDRI to highlight the dark wood textures without losing detail in the shadows cast by the table and chair legs.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, compact restaurant layouts, or hotel breakfast areas, this set integrates seamlessly into contemporary and transitional spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist pendant lighting or neutral wall treatments to prevent the dark wood from overwhelming the room.
