About this asset

This contemporary lounge seating scene in SketchUp features four deep-set velvet armchairs and a tufted leather coffee table. This curated lounge arrangement comprises four boxy, low-profile armchairs upholstered in a deep forest green velvet, paired with a central, low-slung rectangular coffee table. The table base is finished in black leather with a subtle tufted texture, while the armchairs feature clean, structured lines and plush seat cushions. The set is presented as a complete scene, including a large decorative wall panel with mosaic detailing, a sculptural spherical pendant light, and two small side tables topped with matching table lamps, creating a cohesive, high-end waiting area or residential conversation space.

The download is a 47.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual chairs or the coffee table. Users should check the component hierarchy to manage texture mapping and adjust material properties if applying custom render engines. The scene is scaled for standard interior dimensions, making it efficient to merge into existing floor plans. Ensure the layer structure is maintained when importing to keep the lighting elements, such as the pendant and lamps, separate from the primary furniture geometry.

Ideal for luxury residential projects, hotel lobbies, and executive waiting areas, this lounge set provides a balanced, symmetrical seating solution for formal interior designs. It pairs well with dark wood flooring or marble surfaces to enhance the opulent aesthetic. Professionals searching for high-end furniture groupings, conversation area layouts, or complete reception seating will find this asset versatile. It is particularly effective for visualising upscale commercial environments where comfort and a strong, defined aesthetic are required for client-facing spaces.
