Contemporary Cream Fabric Upholstered Barrel Armchair

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a cream fabric upholstered barrel armchair with a compact, rounded silhouette and deep seating. Defined by its sculptural, rounded form, this barrel-style armchair offers a cohesive, minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The design features a continuous, curved backrest that transitions seamlessly into integrated armrests, wrapping around a plush, square-profile seat cushion. Upholstered in a soft-textured cream fabric with a subtle directional weave, the piece prioritises comfort and clean lines. Its low-profile, solid base ensures a stable, grounded appearance, making it an ideal choice for creating intimate seating arrangements in both residential living spaces and boutique hotel lounge areas where a soft, approachable silhouette is required.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically managed as a single mesh object with applied UVW mapping to accommodate the fabric texture. Professionals should ensure the pivot point is set to the floor plane for easy placement within a scene. When integrating into a project, use the native material editor to adjust fabric tiling or bump intensity to match specific lighting conditions. The model is well-suited for high-quality architectural visualisations, providing a clean, geometric silhouette that performs efficiently in both standard and complex interior scenes.
