About this asset

This contemporary cream fabric modular sectional sofa set for SketchUp features a low-profile design with a matching coffee table. This modular seating arrangement comprises three main sofa segments, a separate ottoman, a low-profile coffee table, and a woven floor rug. The sofa components feature deep, clean-lined seats upholstered in a neutral cream fabric, complemented by soft scatter cushions. The low-profile coffee table is finished in a warm natural wood tone, featuring rounded edges and a minimalist pedestal base. A knitted pouf and a textured area rug complete the composition, providing a cohesive aesthetic. The entire assembly is designed with a focus on geometric simplicity, making it suitable for modern, open-plan living spaces.

The download is a 42.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a series of components, allowing for easy repositioning or reconfiguring of the modular sofa segments to fit specific floor plans. Users should ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility during the design process. The textures are applied to clean geometry, making it straightforward to swap fabric colours or wood finishes using the material editor. Proper use of the scale tool is recommended to adjust the overall footprint to meet specific room dimensions.

This set is ideal for residential living room layouts, particularly in contemporary apartments or minimalist homes where modular flexibility is desired. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and natural light, serving as a central focal point for interior design visualisations. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, modular seating, or complete living room sets will find this asset versatile for various project stages, from initial concept massing to final high-quality rendering. The inclusion of decorative elements like rugs and tables ensures a ready-to-use scene setup.
