The download is a 31 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct components for the seating and tables, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment. Users can manage the geometry via the Outliner to toggle cushions or accessories. Materials are applied with standard mapping, ensuring compatibility with most render engines. For effective scene integration, ensure the model is scaled correctly against your project's floor plan and use the component axes to snap the furniture pieces into position on your finished floor surfaces.

This versatile set is well-suited for corporate reception areas, executive breakout spaces, and modern residential living rooms. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, providing a sophisticated focal point for client-facing environments. Professionals searching for high-end lounge furniture for commercial projects or luxury apartment staging will find this collection particularly useful. Its clean aesthetic and neutral colour palette make it a reliable choice for contemporary design concepts requiring a balanced, professional, and comfortable seating arrangement for communal spaces.
