Contemporary Brown Velvet Armchair with Gold Side Table Set

This contemporary 3ds Max set features a brown velvet armchair with ribbed detailing and a metallic gold side table for lounge areas. The armchair features a deep, curved backrest with vertical ribbed channel-tufting, upholstered in a soft brown velvet. Its frame is elevated on slim, angled gold-finish legs that provide a refined silhouette. Accompanying the chair is a small, pedestal-style side table with a ribbed, hourglass-shaped base finished in polished gold. The set includes a single white decorative cushion placed on the seat. The proportions are compact, making it suitable for intimate seating arrangements, while the interplay between the matte texture of the velvet and the reflective metallic surfaces creates a balanced, sophisticated aesthetic.

The download is a 17 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection of the chair and table as discrete objects. Users can apply custom materials to the velvet upholstery or metallic finishes using the native material editor. The geometry is clean, facilitating efficient placement within larger interior scenes. Simply merge the file into your project, adjust the pivot points if necessary for placement on floor surfaces, and check that normals are correctly oriented for final rendering and lighting setups.
