Contemporary Brown Leather Upholstered Ottoman Bench

This contemporary rectangular ottoman bench in 3ds Max features smooth brown leather upholstery with a central seam detail. The ottoman bench is a low-profile, rectangular piece defined by its clean, minimalist lines and soft, rounded edges. It is entirely wrapped in a rich, brown leather that exhibits a subtle sheen, suggesting a high-quality finish. A single vertical seam runs down the center of the top and sides, providing a refined structural detail that breaks up the continuous leather surface. The base is flush with the floor, maintaining a grounded, stable appearance. With its simple, blocky silhouette, this piece offers versatile seating or footrest functionality in a variety of interior settings.

The download is a 14.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single asset with logically grouped geometry. Users should verify that the leather material maps are correctly linked upon import, ensuring the texture coordinates align with the central seam. The model is scaled for standard seating height, allowing for quick placement in living areas or circulation spaces. For high-end visualisations, consider adjusting the subdivision levels to ensure the rounded edges remain smooth during close-up rendering, while maintaining efficient scene performance.

This versatile ottoman bench is well-suited for modern living rooms, walk-in wardrobes, or professional lounge areas. It functions effectively as a standalone footstool, a secondary seating option in compact spaces, or an end-of-bed bench in luxury residential suites. Designers often pair this piece with structured armchairs or modular sofas to provide a soft contrast to harder furniture lines. When searching, look for terms like leather ottoman, rectangular footstool, or contemporary bench seating to find similar assets for your interior design projects.
