Contemporary Brown Leather Living Room Furniture Set in Pink

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a brown leather sofa, pink lounge chair, ottoman, and nesting coffee tables. This curated living room collection includes a three-seat sofa upholstered in distressed brown leather, paired with a distinct pink fabric-covered lounge chair on a black metal swivel base. The ensemble is completed by a square leather ottoman, a pair of circular nesting coffee tables with light stone-effect tops and black metal frames, a decorative vase, and a potted indoor plant. The design balances soft textures with industrial-style metal accents, providing a cohesive aesthetic for modern interiors. Each piece is proportioned for comfort, with the sofa and lounge chair offering ergonomic support and clean, minimalist lines.

The download is an 18.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this set into a SketchUp scene, place the components as a group to maintain their spatial relationship before exploding if individual adjustments are required. Use the native material editor to refine the leather and fabric textures to match your project's lighting environment. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against your floor plan, and utilise layers to toggle the decorative accessories on or off depending on the desired level of detail for your final render or presentation.

Ideal for residential projects, hotel lobbies, and high-end apartment staging, this furniture set provides a ready-made solution for living room visualisations. The neutral brown tones of the sofa allow it to blend seamlessly into various colour palettes, while the pink chair adds a focal point for contemporary schemes. Professionals can use this collection to populate floor plans or create detailed interior perspectives. It pairs effectively with modern wall panelling, area rugs, and minimalist lighting fixtures to complete a polished and inviting living space.
