Contemporary Brown Leather L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features an L-shaped brown leather sofa, coffee table, and shelving unit. The scene centres on an L-shaped modular sofa upholstered in a warm, cognac-toned leather, featuring clean, linear proportions and a solid walnut-toned timber frame. It is accompanied by a matching low-profile coffee table with a glass top and a rectangular timber frame. The arrangement is set against a decorative wall partition composed of dark grey marble panels and vertical timber slats, with an integrated shelving unit on one side. Decorative elements include a small rectangular ottoman, a potted indoor plant, and wall-mounted sculptural bird motifs, all curated to create a cohesive, high-end residential lounge aesthetic.

The download is a 58.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their project workspace, where the furniture and wall partition are typically organised into logical layers or groups. The materials are mapped for immediate use, though scaling may be required to match specific room dimensions. The scene is ideal for quick visualisations, allowing designers to populate a space by simply placing the group as a single unit or extracting individual components like the sofa or side table for specific layouts.

This set is suited for high-end residential living room designs, luxury hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas. It fits seamlessly into modern and contemporary interior schemes, providing a readymade focal point for presentation renders. Architects and interior designers searching for 'leather sectional sofa sets', 'living room furniture arrangements', or 'walnut and marble wall partitions' will find this model useful for streamlining the concept development and visualisation stages of their projects, particularly when aiming for a sophisticated, warm, and structured look.
