Contemporary Brown Leather and Walnut Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a brown leather sofa set, walnut timber frames, and a marble-clad media wall. This comprehensive living room composition includes a three-seater sofa, a matching two-seater, an ottoman, and a low-profile coffee table, all constructed from solid walnut with dark brown leather upholstery. The seating is defined by clean, angular timber frames and low backrests. The scene is anchored by a sophisticated media wall featuring a large, book-matched grey marble slab as a backdrop, flanked by dark vertical timber panelling and white cabinetry. Accompanying elements include a multi-globe pendant light, a floor lamp, and a large indoor potted plant, creating a fully curated, high-end residential lounge environment.

The download is a 55.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this scene into a SketchUp project, import the file as a component to maintain the established hierarchy. The model is organised by layers, allowing for the independent toggling of furniture, lighting, and wall panelling. Users can easily adjust the placement of the seating group or swap the materials on the cabinetry to suit specific project palettes. Ensure the textures are correctly mapped after scaling the scene to fit the dimensions of your specific architectural floor plan.

Ideal for high-end residential developments, luxury hotel suites, or premium apartment staging, this scene provides a ready-to-render solution for interior design visualisations. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary architectural shells, particularly those utilising natural stone or timber cladding. Designers seeking a cohesive lounge aesthetic will find this set efficient for rapid concept development. Use this in early-stage design presentations or final marketing renders where a warm, sophisticated, and fully furnished interior is required to communicate a premium lifestyle concept to clients.
