Contemporary Brown Leather and Metal 6-Seater Dining Set

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a round wood table and six leather-upholstered chairs on slender metal frames. This dining set comprises a circular table with a rich wood-veneer top and a robust, tapered conical pedestal base in a dark, matte finish. The set includes six chairs, each designed with a minimalist aesthetic. The chairs feature slim, dark metal frames with a distinctive cross-brace detail at the base. The seats and backrests are upholstered in tan-brown leather, providing a warm contrast to the dark metal and wood elements. The set is completed by a decorative ceramic vase and fruit bowl, which are included as part of the scene composition.

The download is a 53.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max project, import the model and ensure the pivot point is centered at the base of the table. The chairs are organized as separate objects, allowing for individual positioning around the circular table. Apply standard physical materials to the leather and wood components to ensure accurate light reflection. Adjust the subdivision levels on the curved pedestal base if necessary to maintain smooth geometry during rendering, and use a high-quality HDRI for realistic reflections on the metal frame.

This dining set is ideal for high-end residential dining rooms, boutique hotel restaurants, or sophisticated office breakout areas. Its clean lines and neutral palette make it versatile for both open-plan living spaces and formal dining environments. Professional designers often search for this type of set when specifying furniture for modern or contemporary interiors that require a balanced, cohesive look. It pairs effectively with minimalist pendant lighting and large-format area rugs, creating a focal point in any interior design scheme or architectural visualization project.
