The download is a 60.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a grouped assembly. Users should check the layer structure to manage the table and chairs independently. Materials are applied as standard shaders, which can be adjusted for specific render engine requirements. The scene is scaled for standard dining heights; ensure the pivot points are at the base of the legs for easy placement on floor planes. Use instance copies if populating larger dining halls to maintain efficient file sizes and viewport performance.

Ideal for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury hotel suites, or boutique restaurant interiors, this set provides a polished look for architectural visualisations. It pairs well with modern lighting fixtures, such as low-hanging pendants or minimalist chandeliers. Professionals searching for a complete dining solution will find this asset useful for staging open-plan living areas or formal dining spaces. The neutral palette ensures it integrates seamlessly into various contemporary interior design schemes, from minimalist apartments to sophisticated urban townhouses.
